FOUR LEG SSR

  • celduc® relais offers a compact four-leg SSR range housed in a standard 45mm enclosure, designed for efficient and reliable multi-phase control.

Models SMQR and SCQ provide flexibility with options for power and control connections using FASTON or quick-connect terminals, ensuring easy integration into industrial systems.

SHT range

  • The SHT three-pole solid-state relays have been designed in a compact housing for printed circuits. This relay is designed for PCB applications. Added to a heatsink, it provides control of medium power in three-phase networks.

  • Designed in a single, low-profile package, this range of three-phase AC solid-state relays is specifically designed for medium-power control in three-phase applications.

SGB and SMB ranges ( 2-Leg three-phase SSRs)

  • The SMB models are two leg three pole solid state relays. They have been designed to control three-phase loads with a delta connection, and if well balanced, with a star connection without neutral. Two of the three phases are switched, and the third is directly connected.

  • The sightpac® series consists of three solid-state outputs controlled by one input. It has the same function as any standard solid-state relay. When the input signal is applied, each output conducts load current for its respective phase in the network.

SGB 2G

  • The cel3pac range, with a 100mm width, offers two types of connections: screw connection or quick-connect connection (SGTR models). This range is also available in "ready to use" versions, with an integrated heatsink.

SGT 2G range

  • The SGT 2G models are three-pole solid-state relays available in random versions (SGT7), zero-cross versions for all types of loads (SGT8), or zero-cross versions for AC-1 resistive loads (SGT9).

  • The cel3pac range, with a 100mm width, offers two types of connections: screw connection or push-in connection (SGTR models). This range is also available in "ready to use" versions, with a built-in heatsink.

  • (2nd generation) The Cel3pac range is a standard three-phase range with different connections available for power wiring (connected using screws or spring terminals) and for control wiring (connected using screws or with a 4-pin pluggable spring connector)

SMT range

  • The SMT models are three-pole solid-state relays with unpluggable connectors. They are designed for all types of loads.

  • The sightpac® series consists of three solid-state outputs controlled by one input. It has the same function as any standard solid-state relay. When the input signal is applied, each output conducts load current for its respective phase in the network.

Typical applications :

  • DC power supplies (converters like choppers, inverters)
  • Batteries (ships, solar systems)
  • Heaters (air conditioning in trains, tramways)

Power SSRs with diagnostics

  •  Our power SSRs with diagnostics SOD and SILD give the status of the SSR and the load (resistive load) without an external power supply.

  • This range is patented. Status output can be chained.
    Fault condition alarms:
    - Line or load open
    - Short circuit output

  • ESUC module is an option available for the Celpac 2G range. Mounted on SU or SUL, this module provides users with diagnostic information for up to 5 heating elements in parallel.

  • ECOM module is the most compact solution available on the market that incorporates the latest measuring and control technology. Plugable on a celduc® relais SSR type SU and SUL, it can answer the needs of cost reduction of electrical cabinets (smaller), PLC (fewer analog and digital I/O's), and wiring (bus communication).

The control accuracy can fit the requirements of various application fields like extrusion or injection plastic moulding, packaging, drying ovens, glass tempering furnaces, semiconductor industry ovens and dryers, reflow soldering machines, and cooking ovens.

Motor control

  • Motor control has always been something difficult to tackle, as a motor is first of all an inductive type of load with high starting currents (which doesn’t help reduce the size and costs of protection devices like fuses) and overvoltages generated at turn-off.

This is why Solid State solutions are more and more popular to control motor loads. Another big advantage of using power electronics is that numerous control modes can easily be performed thanks to very fast response time, and the computing power of micro-processors. Celduc Relais, specializing in Solid State Relays, manufactures in France with a high level of quality a complete range of Solid State Contactors for motors, as well as soft starters and motor reversers.
